Your initial visit to our office will consist of a thorough evaluation, followed by a discussion with Dr. Sahni explaining your individual diagnosis and treatment options. We understand that some patients may be uneasy about endodontic (root canal) therapy, but we hope to increase your comfort level by providing you with as much information as possible. Dr. Sahni and our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Please bring the following information to your consultation:
1) A list of medications you are currently taking.
2) Your referral slip and x-rays if they were provided by your general dentist. Additional x-rays may need to be taken in our office to properly diagnose your dental problem.
3) If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card to allow us to properly process your claim.
IMPORTANT:
Please alert a member of our staff if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to your appointment. If you have been advised to take an antibiotic premedication by your physician or dentist for a heart problem or a recent joint replacement, please take it prior to your new patient examination in our office. If you have any questions prior to your appointment, please call our office at 217-351-1701.
Please Note: All patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the first visit.
