Financial Policy

All fees will be discussed and reviewed with you at your initial consultation. The cost of treatment varies and will depend on several factors, including the type of treatment, complexity, and location of the involved tooth or teeth. We understand that dental therapy, especially specialty care, can be quite an unexpected expense, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your account.

Patient Billing

We deliver the highest quality of care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, along with personal checks and cash.

Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement. We will complete all insurance claims and submit them for you. Most insurance carriers will pay within four to six weeks. If you need additional assistance with your insurance provider, please notify our office. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
